Palm Partners, LLC is accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health Care Organizations, licensed by the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, licensed by the Agency of Health Care Administration (AHCA) and holds a BBB A+ rating.

Treatment Programs at Palm Partners
Palm Partners offers on-site detox services, a 30-day residential program, as well as numerous long-term programs. The most sought after treatment program at Palm Partners tends to be their 90-day program, for $41,000 this program does not end when the client returns home, it is followed up by life skills training and a full year of monitoring. This program also offers a relapse prevention guarantee, if anyone who leaves the program and ‘slips’, under certain criteria, they may return to the facility for an additional 30 day treatment stay at no cost. While much of the treatment program at Palm Partners is 12-step based, they also feel it is important to offer patients holistic alternatives such as yoga, meditation, chiropractic and hypnotherapy.
The Living at Palm Partners
Palm Partners offers their patients the comforts of home and privacy. This 150 bed facility is located in a private, gated complex which consist of four apartment buildings surrounding a large courtyard with a pool. Each apartment building has numerous 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments to be shared by four clients. Laptops are permitted, unless its use is restricted due to clinic or disciplinary reasons. Clients can also use cell-phones for a few hours each evening. Computer and phone access allows clients to keep in touch with family and friends, this is particularly important for parents of young children. Clients are also able to sit down and relax, watching TV during their ‘free time’. With a curfew of 10:30, clients are also able to enjoy the pool and other amenities at the facility during their ‘free time’.
Each client is given the chore of keeping their living environment clean and tidy. While the apartments are shared, it is possible for a client to receive a private room at additional charge. Those clients going through the detox process are offered a private room with a TV at the main facility, until this stage of treatment is complete. Clients will attend classes and group meetings at the main facility as well.
A Wide Variety of Meals
While most Palm Partners Alumni note that the food is average they are still pleased by the wide variety of meal choices they were given. Traditional meals such as: meatloaf, Chicken, crab cakes, steak, tacos and plenty of greens are offered to clients. As well as foods ordered in such as Pizza and wings, which seemed to be a favorite of most clients. Palm Partners also hosted numerous cook-out, poolside, getting clients outdoors and enjoying home-like events. At Palm Partners all attempts are made to accommodate a clients specific dietary needs.
Clients are not only limited to the meals cooked and served to them by Palm Partners chiefs, they also have the option to cook for themselves as their apartments kitchens are fully equipment and they are given the opportunity to go to the grocery store and shop for themselves once a month. Not only does this allow the clients to cater to their own specific tastes, but to help them to maintain a sense of normalcy and prepare for the ‘real world’ when they return home from treatment.
Unfortunately, snack and coffee are only offered to clients during meal times. This can be a disappointment to many clients who enjoy a mid-afternoon coffee or snack as a ‘pick-me-up’ for added energy in the day. However, clients are able to enjoy their own snack that they paid for, keeping some happy.
Early Rise to Start a Day of Treatment
Not everyone who walks through Palm Partners doors is a morning person. However by the time they complete their treatment program, they will be on an early rising schedule. Wake-up at Palm Partners is a bright and early, 6:30am. Once clients are up and ready to go, they take a short van ride to the main facility where classes and group treatment starts for the day.
Clients start their morning within a dance group, similar to a club but with a lower volume of music and no drugs or alcohol. Large groups make up each class, however clients are able to select the group they are in each day. Alumni commonly state that the classes were too packed and there was very little one on one time offered.
During the day clients are encouraged to take part in alternative holistic therapies such as yoga, meditation, chiropractic and hypnotherapy. In the evenings they are encouraged to take part in AA and NA meetings which are brought in by H & I (Hospitals and Institutions) panels. Many of these panels consist of Palm Partners Alumni, who also are offered weekly meetings.
Free Time
It is important at any treatment facility to offer clients free time. This is why Palm Partners offers a wide array of activities to their clients to take part in during their free time. During this time clients have full access to the gym and volleyball courts. They are also offered massage and acupuncture. Clients can also participate in weekly, supervised outing, such as trips to movies, the bowling alley and the beach. Clients can also take this time to relax by the pool or enjoy a movie in the comfort of their own apartment, what they do during free time is completely their own choice.
Taking Home a Life Time Relationship of Support
Each person who turns to Palm Partners not only leaves with a new found trust in themselves to maintain their sobriety and fond feelings towards the devoted staff, but positive relationships they have built with other alumni. However some Alumni do note that there is not a very diverse crowd at Palm Partners as many patients are young, white men and women. Never the less, this does not pose a problem as each person who walks through their doors is made to feel welcome and opened up to the healing process.
A True Recovery Community
Palm Partners has built its facility in the Nation’s leading Recovery Communities. Located in Delray Beach, Florida people who turn to this facility are relaxed by the white sandy shores, the warm tropical sun and an environment that supports their sobriety. In fact, many Palm partner Alumni choose to stay in the area, rebuilding their lives in a strong and supportive recovery community.
